Located at The Summit Hotel, the newly-renovated bistro offers Western fusion cuisine, a long list of beverages and relaxing entertainment to. Located at the ground floor of The Summit Hotel, the elegant pub is uniquely designed with warm colours, with loads of fun areas including a wine lounge, bistro area, sports bar and live band performances. The bistro houses a wine and cigar bar on its first floor, a full bar and a 40-seater dining area. It can accommodate 250 clubbers in full dance mode on its dance floor. There is also a pool table, dart boards and flat screen televisions mounted at all corners of the club for sports fans to watch their favourite sports. “We spent about RM60,000 to renovate and convert it from just a fun pub to a bistro,” said hotel manager, Cheong Michael. The house specialities include Ballotine chicken Borson, Mediterranean salad and almond salmon fillet, which can be washed down with signature drinks such as “Fat Boy Sling” and “Pretty Chubby”, he said. At the opening of the bistro, 200 invited guests were entertained by Top 40 hits performed by its four-piece resident band, Rhythm & Soul. It will play nightly, from 8.30pm, except Sundays.
