The Annexe Gallery will be the KL stop for ‘1X Suitcase‘, from the 4th till 15th of November 2009, a travelling art exhibition from Singapore which features works by 12 artists from Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia.

Each artist’s work is presented as an installation of drawings and other media that deals with the journey and involvement – memories of events, fragmented recollections – of movements and hopes. It tells stories of transit, of travelogues, intimate stories, dreams and flavours.

The 12 artists includes Agnes Lim, Ernest Chan, Iman Ismail, Morakot Ketklao, Mohammad Yazid, Mohd Firdaus, Saifudin Mamat, Stephanie Cheng, Steve Chua, Supachai Satsara, Tawatchai Puntusawasdi and Tan Seow Wei. These magnificent works of art will be exhibited at the great Annexe Gallery, Central Market, KL.
